Growth Hacker / Sales Development (60-100%)

Work closely with the founders on the go-to-market, scale the product to 1m ARR within the next months and accelerate the growth further.

🎯 Vision

Helio is a Swiss startup based in Zurich and is building the first carbon-aware cloud: By increasing the utilization rates of data centers worldwide (over 80% of the resources are not being used), accelerating the adaption of green energy sources (data centers consume around 5% of the global energy and are responsible for the same amount of Green House Gas as the aviation industry), and extending the lifetime of the hardware, Helio lowers the emissions of the cloud industry significantly.

📒 At Helio with this hands-on and entrepreneurial role, you will:

  • Work closely with the founders on the go-to-market, scale the product to 1m ARR within the next months and accelerate the CAGR further.

  • Constantly iterate and find the most efficient distribution channel(s) for the cloud rendering product which is loved by the early adopters.

  • Work on new theses and designing experiments to test the desired impact on the business growth with a data-driven decision process.

    • Double down on successful experiments, bring them from a PoC to production.

    • Identify key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities.

    • Replicating successful strategies and scale in new markets.

  • Get your "hands dirty" in many different areas of sales and marketing.

    • Prospecting

    • Inbound and outbound lead generation.

    • Establish a repeatable sales process for the product and close deals.

    • Improving conversion rates in each step of the sales funnel.

    • Business development / establishing partnerships.

🌍 Location + Language

  • EU/EFTA citizenship is a must.

  • German skills are a benefit.

💰 Salary and Benefits

  • 60'000 - 91'000 CHF
