Sales Development Representative (60% - 100%)

🎯 Vision

Helio is a Swiss startup based in Zurich and is building the first carbon-aware cloud: By increasing the utilization rates of data centers worldwide (over 80% of the resources are not being used), accelerating the adaption of green energy sources (data centers consume around 5% of the global energy and are responsible for the same amount of Green House Gas as the aviation industry), and extending the lifetime of the hardware, Helio lowers the emissions of the cloud industry significantly.

📒 At Helio with this hands-on and entrepreneurial role, you will:

  • Work closely with the founders on the go-to-market, scale the product to 1.5m ARR within the next months and accelerate the CAGR further
  • Generate and process outbound leads via prospecting
  • Perform problem interviews, demos and follow-ups with prospects
  • Turning prospects to sales-qualified leads
  • Feed back your learnings to the engineering to help make the product even better
  • Collaborate with management and experts to improve the sales process

  • Fluent level of English is required
  • German skills are a benefit

💰 Salary and Benefits

  • 40'000 - 80'000 CHF
    • This includes an attractive share based on commission
